Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept change of mind returns of opened bed sheets for hygiene reasons. Please leave bed linen in its original linen packaging should you wish to return it. We recommend that you read our sizing guide and review the colour prior to opening. This does not include faulty products.
Please note that items on sale or promotion are not eligible for return.
To start a return, please email us in reply to your original purchase receipt. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address. We are not responsible for any shipping issues caused by the carrier for your return. Please re-use the packaging the item was sent in to help us reduce waste.
Customers may be responsible for any costs associated with re-posting the returned item at the discretion of Lurline Co.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Faulty products are eligible to receive a free replacement. We may ask you to post back the original item for inspection, at our expense.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotions or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the original postage expense if you received free shipping on your order. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
