What Our Warranty Covers
We offer a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase on all Lurline Co products against manufacturing defects, including:
- Fabric defects or irregularities in weave
- Faulty stitching or seams or closures
- Colour inconsistencies caused by manufacturing, not washing or use

Tearing or splitting of the fabric under normal use

Excessive pilling

Elastic failure in fitted sheets

Defects in dyeing or finishing present at the time of delivery
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear, softening and relaxation of the weave that occurs naturally in linen over time
- Improper washing, drying, or care
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Alterations or repairs carried out by a third party
- Discolouration from exposure to sunlight, chemicals, or improper storage and repeated washing

Stains, marks or discolouration not present on delivery

Damage caused by bleach, oxidising agents, harsh detergents, or products not recommended for linen

Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, snags, burns, or accidents

Products purchased second-hand, from an unauthorised reseller, or final-sale items

Products used in commercial settings, including hotels, short-stay accommodation and healthcare facilities
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@lurlineco.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will, ant our option:
- replace the product with the same item; or
- if the same item is unavailable, replace it with a comparable Lurline product of equal or greater value; or
- refund the purchase price you paid.
Australian Consumer Law
Our warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
