Shipping policy

We provide free standard shipping for orders over A$200 within Australia. 

For orders under A$200, standard shipping rate Australia-wide is A$10.00. Express shipping charge is A$20.00. 

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping with Australian Post is 3 - 6 business days within Australia. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring the address provided on the order is accurate and correct. Lurline Co. will not be responsible for an address that is incorrect resulting in the package not being able to be delivered or delivered incorrectly. 

It is the customers responsibility to collect items delivered in a timely matter, including any items that have been sent to the post office. Lurline Co. will not be liable for additional postage costs or damages that arise from not collecting the package on time. If your order is returned to us for failure to be collected in time, we can send it back to you at cost of postage both ways which may be higher than the flat rate of $10.
